Tripped Up by Nicole Austin Karen James accepts and enjoys her generous curves but still lacks confidence when it comes to the opposite sex. She's perfectly capable of flirting with the pumped up, fake cover models her partner photographs. But real men, like the handsome SEAL her best friend tasked her with babysitting, put her on shaky ground. He ramps up her snarky attitude and keeps her body humming with a constant arousal that won't be sated.

Garrett "Trip" Trippington is the easiest going, most laid back, steady member of Team Arapahoe. Nothing ruffles his feathers or causes him to falter; not even being shot while on a mission. All that changes the moment he first sees Karen, a curvy vision of feminine perfection with a razor-sharp tongue. He's tripped up, falling hard, and experiencing feelings that make his head spin. For the first time, his duties as a SEAL seem an easier mission.

Tripped Up (SEALs On Fire #8) What can you say bad about a Navy SEAL Cowboy? Nothing. But what I can say is this is a short but sweet story but mainly about guess what you surely won’t guess. SEX! Gasp! I have loved most of the other SEAL books that you all had. Really strong back stories to go with them, sizzle too but this was not bad... I love the whole insecure full figure girl storyline. That is great and how he likes everything about her but comes on just a little rushed don’t you think. Even for a cowboy who we all know like to do it nice and slow…
Trips is a nice guy and all, but really this girl is at work and she is going to be self-pleasuring herself when her apartment is just out the back door, really? So, anyone can walk in? Oh guess who, Trip walks in. This is just so out of the crazies it just did not ring anywhere near believable so it made it hard to get into. Now that is really wrong because I like BBW’s stories, Cowboys & SEALs.

Up to the Challenge by Terri Osburn Opposites attract in a sexy tale of unexpected love

When the Dempsey patriarch suffers a heart attack, Lucas Dempsey steps up to keep the doors of the family restaurant open. The proverbial prodigal son returns home to Anchor Island—putting family first and his quest to make partner at his high-powered law firm on hold. Sporting a bruised ego after losing his fiancée to his older brother, Lucas would rather walk on glass than spend six weeks within spitting distance of the happy couple. But family duty calls. And that duty includes working side-by-side with a tantalizing spitfire intent on driving him mad.

Tough-as-nails boat mechanic Sid Navarro is happy to trade her tools for an apron to help the Dempseys in their time of need. That is, until she realizes she’ll be working alongside Lucas, the man she’s loved from afar since she first laid eyes on him in high school. Lucas could charm the paint off a schooner, but Sid knows she doesn’t fit his girl-next-door type. To show her true feelings would mean certain heartbreak, but the temptation of Lucas in her bed might be more than she can resist.

After a rocky start punctuated by verbal barbs and exasperating arguments, things heat up between them—big-time—but their steamy affair turns more than casual in a matter of weeks. Sid’s life has become the dream she’s always wanted, and Lucas has fallen hard for the last woman he ever expected to love.

But this affair has an end-date, as Lucas must return to his life and career in the big city, a place where Sid would never fit in. When the end comes earlier than expected, walking away turns out to be a challenge neither of them wants to win.

Up to the Challenge is a sexy, fast-paced, romantic story of family, island life, and finding love in unexpected places.

UP TO THE CHALLENGE I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THIS STORY!   Is there any other way to say it?  I don’t think so.  I know that I am a sucker for 1. Love stories, 2. Family sagas and 3. Small town life where everybody minds your business and then some.  But they all love each other while they fight with you loudly.  It’s when their quiet you got to watch your back.  This has it all.

This story is about Sid Navarro who has been in love/crushing on Lucas Dempsey for oh I don’t know 12 years give or take a year.  There is just one small problem he just doesn’t really notice her and when he does he doesn’t like what he sees.  She is a little crude, a matter of fact, unsociable and she has an odd job she is a mechanic.  To say she is a tomboy is an understatement.

Lucas on the other had couldn’t wait to get off the island of Anchor that they were raised on.  He left for college and never came home he went on to be a successful lawyer.  He has always been interested in the type of girl those lawyers types like you know the girl next door.  All the things Sid is not.  So, she just stays close with his family they all knew from his high school years that she loved him.  So, they brought her in as one of the family as well as her brother since they had no one but the two of them.  So, she worked for his brother and helped out his parents at times at the restaurant.  Then the unthinkable happens his dad has a heart attack.

Lucas comes home to help out.  He takes over the running of the restaurant and he parents have him working with guess who?  That’s right, Sid.  After a lot of verbal barbs and heated arguments where feelings start to come at the two of them from out of nowhere when they least expect them.  They decided that they want to be two consenting adults in a sexual relationship that they know will end in 6 weeks when Lucas leaves.  But can these two hearts that have been damaged so badly in the past really be that casual about something so sensual?  You will have to read and see and you will not be sorry you did.  I wasn’t.  I flew through those 350 words like they were nothing.  I know you will too.

All Access by Karolyn James With ALL ACCESS, a contemporary romance series begins that explores, life, love, and music. Join the five band members of Chasing Cross as they find that there's more to life beyond the stage.

Jess is caught off guard when a sexy stranger buys her a cup of coffee and asks her to sit with him. He's mysterious, nice, and even though he says the right things at the right time, Jess can sense that there's something hidden about him.
As Johnnie sits across from the beautiful woman, he can't believe she doesn't recognize him. Everyone does. It comes with the territory when you're the lead singer of one of the hottest bands in the world, Chasing Cross. With one more show to go before taking a small break in touring, it feels like luck is on Johnnie's side. That is, if he can find a way to tell Jess who he is, without scaring her off.
After her best friend begs her to come to a concert, Jess finds herself standing in the middle of a crowd. The lights are off, music begins, and the crowd erupts in cheers. She doesn't know much about the band, but that's all about to change. When the lights come on, Jess can't believe her eyes. The lead singer of the band is the man from the café.
Plucked from the crowd during the show, Jess makes her way backstage. The encore may have ended on stage, but the real show is just about to begin. Johnnie's passion quickly turns to romance but the more time he and Jess spend together, the more things get complicated. Johnnie has a big decision to make about himself and the band, testing his loyalty and love for the music, and when Jess's dreams start to come true, she starts to realize that true love exists, but it's not always an easy path to take.

All Access (Brothers of Rock #1) Jess Carcraft is an author of Mystery Romance stories. Just becoming famous in her own right. She is just really getting started on her second book when she finds herself a little on the blocked side. So, off to the coffee shop where she got the inspiration for her first book that became a success purely by accident.
While she is standing in line a handsome sexy man buys her coffee the only catch is that he bring it to him at the back of the store. She is okay with that until she is walking it to him and her writers mind takes over and she starts to wonder if this is such a good idea since he is sitting all alone, in the back and not facing anyone as if he is hiding.
But as she gets to him he is very friendly and a very sexy bantering begins between the both of them. They both feel this spark and can’t seem to explain it. It catches them off guard but is exciting at the same time. You see she does not know it but the man she is sitting with is a member of one of the best well known bands around in fact you could call him the lead band member (not what he likes to call himself at all.)
Johnnie is a member of the band Chasing Cross. Along with his kid brother Danny who is a year younger, Rick, Davey, and Chris. Their Manager Peter is who Johnnie is meeting at the coffee shop and so when they are talking he says he plays in a band when he revolves that he heard her talking to her friend on the phone in line about going to a concert with her. He is telling her she should go. Before he can talk her in to going or get her number his manager arrives. They say their good-byes and she says she is going to go plug in. When she leaves the table they were sharing to go find one none were left. So, she goes home, when he turns to look for her to get her number, he can’t find her and feels total disappointment.
Their thoughts are that they hope fate can bring them together again. Read to find out if that is the case and you can find the joy in this relationship that I found. She has always been the cautious one and he the care taker to the guys in the band and now the two want more. Can they find it together? This had so much in it and it was just one of those feel good books and spicy too. Part of RockStar Romance Box Set provided by
