HUBBY'S REVIIEW:
This is a short story. About a Marshall who was going to get married but his bride to be called it off. She felt that he was being to over protective and controlling. Telling her that once they were married that he did not want her to write any more, and to only leave the ranch when he could take her into town. She was tired of feeling like she could not do anything and she needed to be her own person. So she called off the wedding, but at the same time did things to drive him crazy so he would come around to her way of thinking. For a short story there was a lot of story line and the two main characters had to work things out and they both had to compromise on things. A real good story about couples before they get married. I got this book from net galley.
