  1. Ken Stabler passed away the other night July 8th 2015. He is best known for being the former quarterback of the Oakland Raiders and leading them to Super bowl XI 1977. He also played for the Houston Oilers and the Saints. He went to college at Alabama and Paul Bear Bryant was his coach

  2. This past weekend their were two accidents involving N.FL. players and fire works. First was Jason Pierre- Paul who lost his right index finger. Also Buccaneer's cornerback C.J. Wilson lost a index finger and part of middle finger on one hand according to a report. Shows you how dangerous fireworks can be.

  3. The sport's talk radio was all a buzz with DeAndre Jordan, changing his mind after saying yes to the Mavericks and now staying with the Clippers. But really this is the NBA league problem by allowing them to have days before they sign the contract just does not make sense.

  4. Kevin Love signed to stat in Cleveland for a 5 year max deal, so the talk of him leaving for L.A. i guess was that just talk. And LeBron stayed as well.

  5. LaMarcus Aldridge signing with the Spurs makes them a better team right off the start and they will be back in the mix of things next year once again.

  6. Today was the Supplemental draft for the NFL and for the first time since 2012 a player was taken. OT Isaiah Battle from Clemson was drafted in the 5th round by the Rams. This is the fifth draft pick this year of an offensive lineman and goes to show you they are serious in improving in that area. They do forfeit their 5th round pick for next years draft.
