Here you are given many, many reasons and it is up to you to sort them out. When he arrives a local women Liv Hanson is writing a story for a local paper about a murder from 1932 in the same town that has not been solved. Wanting to be taken as a serious writer she is doing a lot of investigation of the 1932 murder, and as you are working through the investigation of the current murder you are also drawn into the one from 1932. You as the reader begin to think are maybe there might be some type of connection. Which actually is good writing by the author. You are drawn into this story by wonderful characters whether you think they might be guilty or not. Each character is open up to secrets that they carry throughout this book which make this a wonderful mystery of who done it. There is also a littler twist as you get towards the end which makes this book just that more entertaining. A very good book, and wonderful read. I gave this book 4 stars.
