After over a decade away, Owen is returned home to the ranch in Texas for a dangerous new mission that puts him face-to-face with Natalie and an outside menace that threatens everything he holds dear. He’ll risk it all to keep Natalie safe – and win her heart. . . .

Natalie Dixon has had a lifetime of heartache since Owen was deployed. Fourteen years and one bad marriage later, she finds herself mixed up with the Loughman’s again. With her life on the line against an enemy she can’t fight alone, it’s Owen’s strong shoulders, smoldering eyes, and sensuous smile that she turns to. When danger closes in, she holds close to the only man she’s ever loved…

HUBBY'S REVIEW:
This is the first book in a new series about three brothers who are all in the service, but in different branches. They are all sent home from their current missions to their Texas ranch only to find out that the two people, an aunt and uncle have been killed. They also find out that their father a former Navy Seal and doing black op missions is missing, and his team has been killed. Owen the middle brother and also a Navy Seal was not only surprised that they were called back, but to find his high school flame Natalie there at the ranch. Turns out she has information that will start them on the path of finding out who has done this deed. The more time Owen and Natalie spend together they begin to work out their past. As they are working together, you the reader are slowly given clues to follow with the characters to see where this might all lead. You do know there are going to be three books since three brothers so once you get to a point in the story you can’t go any further you must prepare for book number two. This was a fast-paced story with a lot of action, and romance, and action in the bedroom. Overall a good book. I got this book from netgalley. I gave it 4 stars.
