“Some guys call, some date, and some guys, they might even get married. But, sweetheart, I ain’t any of those guys...” ~ Zeke Declan

Every girl in Galveston County knows about Zeke Declan’s rules and has agreed to them or is considering them.
Rule #1 Don’t call him. He’ll call you.
Rule #2 He doesn’t date.
Rule #3 No sleepovers.
Rule #4 Absolutely, no virgins.

When a couple friends talk me into going back to their hometown in the Bayou for the summer and challenge me to break “the best damn lay in Galveston County” along with every single one of his ridiculous rules, I’m confident that I can get the job done. I’m no stranger to men. I have five older brothers. I’m a teacher and I’m used to being around rebellious teenagers. However, Zeke Declan is definitely not someone that I could have prepared for. He’s not a testosterone-fueled, immature boy. He’s a confident, arousing, playful, and mind-melting man. But, behind that sexy charming smile, I know he’s hiding a secret. And, in order to break him, I’m going to need to find out what it is...

This is the last book about the three Declan Brothers and the women who are out to break them. Zeke the last brother in the story has four rules and the women who want to sleep with him must agree to them beforehand. Knowing it is going to be a one-time deal the talk amongst the women who have partaken in Zeke have been satisfied. Now Zeke has meet his match in a women who has five brothers but who also caught his eye away from their bar. Lurlene is a teacher from Manhattan and not knowingly has meet Zeke at the beach and was taken by the man she meet by his eyes and the poetry he knew. When later that night they both discover who each one is the game to break his rules is on. Slowly she has done it. After a few days he cannot stand it and goes up to her and puts his number into her phone. Then when he still has not heard from her he calls her and asks her if she would like to have a tour around their town. Rule two broken, a date. He wants to be with her so much he does even know he is breaking his own rules. She wants to be with him just as much but she also wants to get to the bottom of why the rules and why the nightmares. The more she finds out about him the more he tries to push her away. When you finally get towards the end of the book a lot of questions are being answered and if you read the other two books you understand. The ending is very good and I must say I was a little surprised. A good surprise though. A good ending to the three books and a wonderful series. I got this book from netgalley. I gave this book 5 stars. Follow us at www.1rad-readerreviews.com
