PAT'S REVIEW:
This is a romantic suspense book. Alex is a retired Navy Seal and a single father and when he sees Elisa in the ER he knows that she also is someone who is having a rough time. She does not want to bring her troubles to him or his daughter but when she starts to work for them and helps them with their books, and other files on their computers. He is hooked. His daughter has also taken a liken to her and not having any women around he knows that is something she needs. Then there is a dog that they are having problems with but the dog likes Elisa. When Alex notices a threat towards her one day in town the story really picks up with action and he and his partner, along with the dogs work on helping her and taking care of the threat.
