| The third book in the series has Cade the team leader finding love after losing his fiancé years back on a mission overseas. Never really getting over her he is at a bar on the day of want would have been her birthday. It is there that he meets Amy Murray. Buying her a drink as she is buying her girlfriends some, she explains she will be right back to drop off the drinks and wouldn’t you know it he is gone. After waiting twenty minutes she figures he is a jerk goes back to her friends and figures Monday will begin another week. Monday Cade and his team are asked to meet with the FBI, and one CIA agent in regards to a case that they have been working and now the FBI has some more information plus a plan to get more. Arriving at the meeting Cade is struck when he realizes that the women he meets on Friday night is sitting at the desk and is an FBI agent. After the meeting, he goes to say something to her and Amy shuts him down to the point that he is now intrigued by her. Now you have the two love interest in this book. You also have Six planning the wedding for him and Louisa because she does not want to do the planning, so at times you have some ex-Seals picking cake and him asking about flowers. It really is a nice touch to the story. Besides the action what really made the story for me was Amy’s father and more importantly her uncle Clive. He was a throwback to the old Vegas and for me, this added to the story and really set it apart. Overall the action and the love scenes were good. This was a good book after book number two.
