Cowboy Christmas Jubilee (Holiday, Texas #2)

COWBOY CHRISTMAS JUBILEE              DYLAN CRUSH

When Jinx Jacobs's motorcycle breaks down outside Holiday, Texas, the last thing she wants is to get stuck in the cheery little town, especially during the holidays. The whole place has gone Christmas crazy, but all she has to do is stay out from under the mistletoe—and do her best to keep that unnervingly attractive cop off her back.
Single dad and sheriff's deputy Cash Walker doesn't have time for romance, and yet something about the tempting loner twists his stomach up tighter than a tangle of tinsel. He may have finally found the missing piece in his life...but with Jinx so determined to avoid putting down roots, convincing her to stay may just take a Christmas miracle.
PAT'S REVIEW
A want to be hardcore, teal colored haired biker chick has broken down outside of Holiday Texas. Jinx Jacobs was on her way to New Orleans from Los Angeles wanting to start over and get far away from the guy she worked for and dated a little in L.A. Now stuck in a hick town that has gone bonkers for Christmas she is leery of everyone who starts asking more than a few questions. Especially when deputy Cash Walker stops to offer her a ride. It is there in his truck that she also meets his seven-year-old daughter who probably asks more questions than anyone really, but how can you not answer. Kenzie Cash’s daughter really gives Jinx a run for her money. When Jinx gets a job at Cash’s sister bar from the first book she also starts having more responsibilities and of course Cash is ever concerned because he knows nothing about her and she looks different than everyone else. The biggest problem for both of them is that they have feelings for each other but both are so guarded neither one wants to make a move. Just when you think she might stay her bike is fixed and she leaves for New Orleans. You will have to read this story to find out the rest to see what happens. I will say that I liked the characters just like the first book and when Hendrix, her Chihuahua and the pig from the first book, get loose during the tree lighting ceremony in the town square that is a very funny scene. A very good book and very much worth the read. I received this book from Netgalley.com I gave it 5 stars. Follow us at www.1rad-readerreviews.com
